A Very Basic Setup

Actually a bit more than that: A domain (one can it from anywhere these days: I am using an old DNS registrar SudaHosting for now) and a github repository (Currently Github provides the options to have either private or public ones - I am using a private one just because I lack the self-confidence to put it all out there now). Skimmed over the docs of both Netlify and Jekyll before getting started then went over the details of each section as I was putting this together. Will put the summary online over the next couple of days.
